Koskie Minsky’s Commercial Leasing Litigation group acts on behalf of landlords, tenants, lenders and property managers who operate with leases relating to office, retail, industrial and mixed-use space, as well as leases on specialized places such as institutions, fitness and sports facilities. We provide advice and representation in connection with landlord’s rights, landlord’s infringement on tenant’s rights, breach of covenants, and renewal and termination issues.
Also, our lawyers have litigated, negotiated and considered disputes relating to many aspects of the commercial lease and the Commercial Tenancies Act: we frequently represent clients at the highest levels of court. This group provides a broad range of additional services relating to leasing matters, including drafting, negotiating and concluding all leasing documentation, too.
